Bring Out Your Dead

It’s been said many times over the centuries returning to the force means becoming one with it, losing your identity and returning to a whole. The dead are gone and ghosts simply Do Not Exist. There is a method of course, of retaining your identity after your passing all but lost until a certain Jedi rediscovered and passed on the secret.

This is not that meme.

The afterlife is a helluva place, full of people old and new who all share a single common thread. You’ve gone and passed from your mortal body and you’re (probably) stuck in the netherworld. It’s a bit boring being dead and all but you’ve got good (and bad) company, it’s hard to die when you’re already dead, and hey! You can sit back and watch the newer generations come and bumble along.
